  • 300 g chicken meat.
  • 1 pc. onions and carrots.
  • 3 boiled eggs.
  • 420 g green peas.
  • 200 g pickled cucumbers.
  • 100 g prunes.
  • 200 g mayonnaise.
  • Onion marinade:
  • 10 g sugar.
  • 5 g salt.
  • 40 ml vinegar, water.

Cooking:

First, pickle finely chopped onions. To do this, mix salt, sugar, vinegar and 2 tablespoons of water. Pour the vegetable with marinade and leave for a few minutes.

Boil the chicken flesh and cut into cubes. We do the same with cucumbers. Eggs, three boiled carrots. Grind the pre-soaked prunes into small slices.

We lay out the salad in layers in the sequence: chicken meat, pickled cucumbers, onions freed from the marinade, eggs, carrots, green peas, prunes. Coat all layers with mayonnaise. Decorate the salad with herbs on top.

  • 100 g brisket.
  • 60 g boiled eggs.
  • One tomato and one cucumber.
  • 60 g apple.
