To cook rice with meat in pots in the oven, take the products from the list. If you take beef, it is better to marinate it in advance in onion juice with vegetable oil.

Cut the meat into small pieces.

Fry the meat in a small amount of vegetable oil. Cut the onion and carrot into small cubes, add to the meat, fry for another 5 minutes.
