Fried eggs in a bun in the oven

Fried eggs in a bun, cooked in the oven - this is just the case when breakfast for the whole family becomes tasty, original, hearty, and beautiful. If it was not possible to buy fresh buns, you can take stale ones. Just soak them in milk for a couple of minutes.
Ham can be replaced with boiled sausage, smoked sausage, chicken or sausages. Even pre-boiled or fried shrimp can be used.

If you serve eggs baked in a bun with fresh tomatoes, it will be much tastier. Just cut the tomatoes into slices or circles, salt a little, pepper and put on a plate.

Cheese for sprinkling is best to take Dutch or Russian. It melts well. Grate on a large grater. When you sprinkle cheese on top, try not to get on the yolk.

Ingredients:

  • round buns - 3 pieces,
  • butter - 45 grams,
  • ham - 150 grams,
  • 3 chicken or quail eggs,
  • 3 tablespoons grated hard cheese (optional)
  • salt,
  • greens.

Cooking process:

Buy fresh round buns. They will need to cut off the top. The easiest way to do this is with a serrated bread knife. Remove the crumb and put a piece of butter on the bottom of each bun.


Cut the ham into strips and place on top of the butter. If using sausages, cut them into thin rounds.


Separate the white from the yolk. First, pour the protein, salt with coarse salt, then pour in the yolk. If the yolk is also salted, ugly white spots will appear on it.

Sprinkle the egg with a little chopped dill.


Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, put the buns in a baking dish and bake for 5 minutes. Then we reduce the temperature to 180 degrees. You can sprinkle with cheese if you like. Put a tablespoon of grated cheese on top of the egg and continue to bake the buns in the oven. Reduce the temperature and continue baking for 15 minutes.


Serve hot, cut in half for easy eating.
