  • 3 art. l. olive oil (you can take the usual - sunflower);
  • 5 g dry adjika.

In this case, a beautiful crust is formed thanks to spicy adjika.

What we do:

  1. Defrost frozen thighs, leaving at normal temperature. Skin is a must. Without it, it will be very difficult to get a beautiful and uniform crust.
  2. Rinse the chicken parts with running water and leave on a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  3. For marinade, add salt and crushed garlic to olive oil, then put adjika and mix.
  4. Rub the thighs with this mixture and leave alone for 35-40 minutes.
  5. After we send the meat to the oven for 40 minutes.
  6. Periodically glance and pour the thighs with liquid from the baking dish.

Recipe for poultry meat with potatoes

To prepare a hearty dinner, we need the following ingredients:

  • 6 large chicken thighs;
  • 10 pieces. medium sized potatoes;
  • salt;
  • ground black pepper;
  • paprika.

How we cook:

  1. This time we start with potatoes. We wash it under running water, clean and cut each root crop into 4 equal parts.
  2. Spread the potatoes evenly on a greased baking sheet and lightly add them.

  2. In the meantime, we peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes, we also wash and cut the zucchini. We carry out the same procedure with tomatoes.
  3. Salt the vegetables and drizzle with vegetable oil. We spread on a baking sheet, put the already marinated thighs on top.
  4. We bake at 200 degrees until the moment when the chicken becomes a beautiful ruddy color and the vegetables are soft.

To bake delicious chicken thighs in the oven with rice, you need to take:

  • 6 large hips;
  • 2 large onions;
  • bunch of parsley;
  • 1 cup chicken broth;
  • salt;
  • ground black pepper;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 cup round rice;
  • 3 art. l. vegetable oil.

What we do:

  1. Rinse chicken thighs thoroughly with running water, dry and rub with salt and pepper.
  2. Then fry them in a hot frying pan with vegetable oil until a beautiful crust.
  3. Transfer to a plate and fry the chopped onion and garlic in the remaining oil.

  7. Then transfer the rice to a baking dish. If you have a frying pan with a removable handle, you can use it.
  8. Put the hips on top of the porridge pillow and set to bake for half an hour at 190 degrees.

This version of the dish is taken from Spanish cuisine. But in our case, it is somewhat simplified. Optionally, you can add green peas, bell pepper and cilantro.

  2. We clean the onions and chop them into a neat, small cube.
  3. We heat the pan, pour vegetable oil, and wait until it is hot.
  4. Fry the onion until golden. Add beautifully chopped mushrooms and fry for about 5-7 more minutes. Salt, pepper to your taste.
  5. Transfer the mushrooms to a plate and set aside to cool.
  6. Let's get to the main ingredient - chicken thighs. We cut out a bone from them. If possible, you can buy without it.
  7. Lay the chicken pieces on a board, skin side down, and beat well. Salt and rub with black ground pepper.
  8. In the middle of each broken piece, lay out the fried mushrooms and fold the impromptu cake in half. So that it does not fall apart during cooking, we chop it off with a toothpick.

  • 3 art. l. soy sauce.
  1. Wash chicken pieces and pat dry.
  2. In a deep plate, mix salt, ground black pepper, soy sauce, liquid honey and mustard.

In sauce: sour cream, soy, mayonnaise, garlic

However, it is not necessary to buy expensive delicacies to make the dressing delicious. It can be concocted from ingredients that are available in the kitchen in every home.

sour cream sauce

  • sour cream - 150 g;
  • butter - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • salt;
  • pepper;
  • flour - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • garlic - 2 cloves.

Action steps:

  1. Melt the butter in a hot frying pan, add the flour and stir quickly.
  2. We dilute the sour cream in a cup with a small amount of water (so that it does not curdle) and pour it into the pan, stirring constantly.
