Minced meat brizol

Brizol is a way of frying pieces of meat, poultry or fish in an egg. Very often I cook chops, and I didn’t even suspect that this dish had such an exquisite restaurant name.

Today we will cook minced meat brizol. This hearty and juicy masterpiece of French cuisine will not leave indifferent all lovers of delicious food. I'll tell you in order how I cook the brizol. Since the cooking process is very fast, and it is advisable to eat the brizol immediately after cooking, I will start by preparing the filling and sauce. For the filling, I use fresh vegetables during the harvest season, and in winter, pickled vegetables are perfect. From vegetables I take the most affordable - these are tomatoes and cucumbers. I wash it well, dry it and cut it into half rings or cubes.

For the sauce I use homemade mayonnaise, which I combine with grated garlic and mix.

Now I quickly cook brizol. I take good quality stuffing. I have pork and beef. I add chicken protein, salt, ground black pepper, paprika. I mix well and beat off. I lift the stuffing with my hand and abruptly throw it back into the bowl. In this way, the stuffing becomes denser and will stick together.

From the meat mass I form a bun.

I take a kitchen board, I cover it with cling film. I put a meat bun in the center of the board. I cover with foil. I roll it into a thin layer with a diameter of 15-18 cm.

In a separate deep bowl, lightly beat the eggs. I'm slacking off a little. I pour it into a flat dish of a suitable diameter.

I put the meat layer on the beaten eggs.

I heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan. Carefully add the meat layer with the egg. Fry for 3-4 minutes on low heat on one side.

Then I turn over with two spatulas to the other side and continue to fry for the same time.

I grease the prepared brizol with garlic sauce.

I add fresh vegetables. They need to be salted and peppered.

I wrap it in a tube if I do not use a vegetable filling, or I cover it with the other half. I transfer it to a dish and decorate with herbs. Minced meat brizol is ready.
