To cook with grapes, you need to take the ingredients:

  1. Tomatoes - 900 g.
  2. Grapes - 900 g.

  6. Horseradish - 2 sheets.

  8. Dill umbrellas - 3 pcs.
  9. Bay leaf - 2 pcs.
  10. Salt and sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
  11. Water.

First prepare the jars with lids. Thoroughly wash the leaves and vegetables with berries. You can cook grapes in bunches or separate them. Put horseradish, laurel, pepper, umbrellas, leaves and garlic in a clean container.

  4. Water - 1 l.
  5. Cherry leaves - 2 pcs.
  6. Currant leaves - 2 pcs.
  7. Horseradish root - 1.5 cm.
  8. Garlic - 5 cloves.
  9. Salt with sugar - 25 g each.
  10. Citric acid - 5 g.

  2. Yellow tomatoes - 0.5 kg.
  3. Bulgarian pepper (yellow, green and red) - each color 1.
  4. Grapes (dark) - 1 large bunch.
  5. Garlic - 1 head.
  6. Cherry, currant and bay leaf - 2 pcs. of every kind.
  7. Dill umbrellas - 3 pcs.
  8. Black pepper (sweet peas) - 5 pcs.
  9. Horseradish leaf - 1 pc.
  10. Salt and sugar - 1 tbsp. l.

Thoroughly wash the vegetables with herbs and let them dry well. Peel and cut the pepper into 4 parts, and separate the grapes from the bunch. Put spices and leaves at the bottom of the container. Layer vegetables and berries on top.

Canned tomatoes and grapes with vinegar

This combination gives a sour taste. Therefore, many housewives prepare a recipe for the winter for snacks on the festive table. For cooking you will need:

  • Medium tomatoes - 1.5 kg.
  • Grapes - 1 bunch.
  • Vinegar - 120 ml.
  • Garlic - 4 cloves.
  • Black pepper (peas) - 5 pcs.
  • Horseradish root - 1 cm.
  • Horseradish leaves - 2 pcs.
  • Sugar and salt - 1.5 tbsp. l.
  • Water - how much will go into the jar.

You can add dill and other spices you like. After all, the taste of your preservation depends on them. If desired, you can add currant or cherry leaves. The products in the recipe are designed for one three-liter jar. However, it all depends on the size of the fruit. Wash vegetables with berries thoroughly from debris.

Put the necessary spices in the jar in the first layer, with which you can improvise and add something of your own. Then lay out in random order vegetables with berries. Pour boiling water over them, let stand for 10 minutes. Pour water into a container and put on fire to boil. Add sugar, salt and other spices to it as you wish.

For a three-liter jar, take 1.5 kg of medium-sized tomatoes, 1 bunch of grapes and one hot pepper. From spices, prepare garlic, bay leaves, currants and cherries, 2 pcs each.

Put the spices on the bottom of the jar. You can add horseradish, dill. Then lay out the tomatoes with grapes. Wash hot peppers, do not peel the seeds, as they contain all the sharpness. Cut it into circles and put it in a jar on top.

Pour boiling water over vegetables with berries. After 25 minutes, you can drain the water into a container, and add 15 g of sugar and salt each. Put on the stove to boil. Then pour it back into the jars. Roll up. You will get a spicy marinade that will give bitterness to tomatoes and grapes.

For such blanks, try to choose large grape varieties. There are few bones in them, it is even better not to have them. If there is no vinegar in the recipe, then choose more acidic grapes to replace it.

Choose firm tomatoes. If they are overripe, then boiling water will burst and porridge will turn out. Try to choose sweeter vegetables. With sour grapes you get an unforgettable taste.
