First you need to boil the peeled potatoes, and then, draining all the water to the droplet, also dry it a little (with a napkin or towel).


The drier the potatoes are, the better the potato dough will knead.

When the dried potatoes have cooled slightly, it is necessary to grind it, add nutmeg, salt and pepper.


Then beat an egg into it.
