Separately, 200 grams of cottage cheese is rubbed with a sieve to eliminate lumps. After that, sour cream, cottage cheese and 0.5 cans of boiled condensed milk are combined, 1 bag of vanillin is added here and all this is thoroughly whipped until a dense and stable consistency is formed.

The finished product can also be used for a layer of cake layers.

6. Recipe for custard with condensed milk

In order to prepare custard from condensed milk in a small saucepan, 260 milliliters of milk is heated with the addition of 65 grams of granulated sugar until the crystals of the latter are completely dissolved.

70 grams are added to them wheat flour, 10 grams of vanillin. All this is mixed using a whisk and whipped with a mixer.

The resulting mixture is placed on water bath, stirring constantly until thickened, and then cooled.

Ingredients:

  • condensed milk - 450 ml;
  • sour cream 20% - 400 ml;
  • cognac - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • liquid vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon;
  • concentrated lemon juice - 50 ml.

Cooking

Put the chilled sour cream in a bowl and beat for 5 minutes with a mixer until fluffy. Then pour the condensed milk, add a little vanilla and concentrated lemon juice. At the very end, pour in the cognac and, using a mixer, bring the cream to readiness, whipping the ingredients into an airy mass. We tighten the bowl with cream with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours so that it thickens. After that we use it for impregnation biscuit cakes. If at the end you have a small amount of cream, then transfer it to a dry, clean jar, close the lid and store in the refrigerator for about a week.

Butter-sour cream with condensed milk

Ingredients:

  • natural condensed milk - 200 ml;
  • sour cream 20% - 200 ml;
  • butter - 200 g;
  • peeled walnuts - 300 g.

Cooking

Put the soft butter in a deep bowl and pour in the condensed milk. Beat the contents with a blender until smooth and homogeneous. Next, add sour cream and beat well again. Lightly fry the peeled walnuts, and then finely chop with a knife, pour into the cream and mix with a whisk.
