This is a very satisfying dish, just like it, which is perfect for serving it for lunch and dinner, to please your household or visiting guests. This dish is prepared quickly and at the same time thins out a pleasant aroma that quickly saturates our body.

For a properly prepared dish, only fresh ingredients are needed. For baking potatoes, you need to choose middle-aged, not crumbly, so that they do not boil soft and are not dry. But you can choose any chicken meat - for example, the breast will make the dish more dietary, the thighs will be satisfying, and the drumsticks will be juicy.

Chicken baked according to this recipe is very juicy and with a delicious crust. The garlic makes this dish really flavorful. Of course, if you do not like this seasoning, then in this case it will be possible to do without it. In principle, add any spices that you like. But personally, I try to put seasoning to the chicken, which has a natural composition, without the addition of any flavor enhancers.


Ingredients:

  • Chicken - 1 pc.
  • potatoes - 5 pcs
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • mayonnaise - 3-4 tablespoons
  • salt and pepper - to taste.

Cooking method:

First of all, we wash the chicken in cold water, then cut it into medium pieces and put it in a deep bowl.

Then we clean and cut the onion into half rings, and finely chop the garlic and add to the bowl.

We cut the potatoes into small slices and also shift to the rest of the ingredients. Salt, pepper to taste, put mayonnaise, after which we mix everything thoroughly.


We spread it on a prepared baking sheet and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken - 1 pc.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • medium potatoes - 7-10 pcs
  • salt and pepper - to taste.

Cooking method:

To prepare, we first need to wash and clean all the vegetables. We cut the potatoes randomly. Cut the onion into small pieces, and finely chop the garlic.


We chop the carrots into plates, and then cut them into cubes or as you like, for example, you can grate them on a coarse grater.


Then we combine all the vegetables, salt, pepper to taste and mix thoroughly.

We wash the chicken in cold water, dry it and put it in a baking sleeve, transfer the mixture of vegetables there and seal it.


We carefully place the sleeve with the contents on a baking sheet, make several small punctures in it so that steam comes out during baking and place in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, for about one hour. Then we take out our finished dish and serve it to the table.

Delicious chicken with potatoes baked in foil in the oven


Ingredients:

  • Chicken legs - 700 gr
  • potatoes - 1.5 kg
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp. l
  • salt, pepper and paprika - to taste.

Cooking method:

First of all, wash the potatoes in water, then peel and cut into medium pieces.


Salt, pepper and add paprika to taste. Then mix well. Put the foil in a baking sheet with a margin so that when filling the potatoes and chicken, you can completely close it, and already pour the potatoes on it and level it. Add the peeled cloves of garlic (if desired, it can be chopped) and the onion, cut into whole rings.


We wash the chicken legs in water, dry them, and then salt, pepper and sprinkle with paprika. And then mix.


Now lay the chicken legs on top of the potatoes, pour over with vegetable oil and wrap in foil.


We place the baking sheet in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for one hour. After the time has elapsed, we take out an almost ready dish from the oven, carefully open the foil and send it back to bake for another 15-20 minutes until a light blush appears.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken - 1 pc.
  • potatoes - 1 kg
  • onion - 2 pcs
  • garlic - 5 cloves
  • olive oil - 3-4 tbsp. l
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp. l
  • water - 100 ml
  • turmeric - to taste
  • salt, pepper and spices - to taste.

Cooking method:

In this recipe, I stuffed small pieces of garlic into pre-washed and cut into large pieces chicken (it took about 3 large cloves). Next, add half the onion, chopped in half rings, salt and mix.


Now we cut the potatoes into small cubes and add a little salt and half of the chopped onion there. Mix and place on a greased baking sheet.


Put chicken pieces on top, sprinkle with onions, your favorite spices, pour over lemon juice and olive oil. We also add about 100 ml. pure water.


We send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 50-60 minutes, but take into account that the oven bakes differently for everyone and the time before cooking can take more or less.
