Turkey meat is unique to a certain extent. It is a dietary product, it gives much more energy than other types of meat, due to its special composition, which is also extremely important - it does not cause allergies, therefore it is also suitable for baby food. Turkey meat is quite tender, so dishes with it are important not to overdry. from turkey are very juicy and lush, they are unusually tasty and will be appreciated.

You can take ready-made minced meat or cook it yourself from a piece of turkey breast. To do this, remove the bone, and pass the meat (500 g of net weight) through a meat grinder along with 1 onion. If the minced meat is taken ready, then the onion can be grated.

Also, using a fine grater, grind 2 potatoes in mashed potatoes and add to the minced meat. Minced meat, salt, pepper, mix and add half a glass of water. It is better not to add eggs to this stuffing, they fasten and dry the cutlets too much, but garlic lovers can squeeze a couple of cloves through the press.

Beat the minced meat by throwing it into a saucepan or onto a board until it becomes elastic. We blind the cutlets with wet hands and put them on a board or plate. Fashioned cutlets should stand in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.

We certainly put the cutlets in hot oil and fry first on one side, then on the other until golden brown over high heat.

As soon as the cutlets are reddened, reduce the fire and cover the cutlets with a lid, let them soften a little and become plump. Then we shift the cutlets into a saucepan or bowl, also under the lid and put a towel folded in several layers on top, keep the cutlets warm.

Garnish for these cutlets can be anything: crumbly buckwheat or rice, mashed potatoes, vegetables. The sauce will be good too. But the most important thing is the cutlets themselves, very tender, soft and fluffy.
