So there are two ways to lay a salad, given that this is a classic layered salad, one is with laying the layers in a deep container and then turning it over onto a dish, and the second is systematically laying out the layers on a flat dish or a detachable baking dish, which helps to make the walls even.

All the difficulties and disputes about styling are ultimately attributed to the fact that the main thing is how the mushrooms lie on the top layer. Potatoes must be boiled in advance, it is possible in their uniforms, and peeled. The taste will be slightly different, so do as you like. For example, if you always cook for Olivier in uniform, then feel free to cook it for this salad in the same way.

Remove the seeds from the center of the bell pepper and cut into small cubes. Cut the potatoes into cubes too. When frying, it is better to cut the mushrooms not too large so that they do not stand out from the salad, but keep in mind that when cooking they will decrease slightly in size due to the evaporated liquid.

Cut the onion into small cubes, if it is too hot, then it can be scalded with boiling water. Remove the olives from the jar and cut in half. Olives must be taken pitted.

Cheese grate on a coarse grater.

Mix all chopped products in a salad bowl and season with mayonnaise. Salt this delicious mushroom salad after you try it. Fresh herbs are used to decorate the salad.

This mushroom salad is very well suited for the holiday, and for a hearty family dinner. It prepares quite quickly. It is very convenient to make it, if you already have boiled meat, the broth from which, for example, was used for soup, then half the work has already been done. Both the first and the second will be ready.

For the salad you will need:

  • champignons - 400 grams,
  • boiled meat - 200 grams,
  • eggs - 3 pcs,
  • hard cheese - 100 grams,
  • fresh greens,
  • mayonnaise for dressing.

Cooking:

Salad with mushrooms and meat can be prepared in layers, or you can mix everything together. It will still be delicious. For a festive option, a puff option is more suitable. But then you need to take into account that it is convenient to distribute it in portions and eat it. To do this, the pieces should not be made too large or long.

Boiled meat is best cut into thin slices of not large length. You can also disassemble it into fibers if it is well disassembled.

Cheese is best grated on a coarse grater. Divide the eggs into proteins and yolks and grate them separately, the yolks on a fine one. Cut the mushrooms into smaller pieces as well.

Now you can lay out the layers of lettuce. Grab the salad bowl, flat dish, or baking ring we love to use to form layered salads.

Now we lay the salad with mushrooms in layers. Put the mushrooms in the bottom layer, the second meat. Spread the meat layer with mayonnaise. The next layer is cheese, and on it is a layer of egg white. Lightly grease it with mayonnaise. Sprinkle a layer of finely chopped greens, and top with layers of egg yolk to decorate. It can be laid evenly or lay out the pattern as you wish.

Put the salad in the refrigerator for half an hour - an hour, after which it can be served on the festive table.

Salad with mushrooms and corn - simple and tasty

This simple and delicious salad with mushrooms and corn can be served at the time of the arrival of sudden guests, while spending literally 10-15 minutes to prepare it. In this case, most of the time will be spent on hard-boiled eggs.

There is no need to layer the lettuce here, as not many ingredients are used. All you have to do is mix it up and enjoy. This salad is again meat-free and therefore quite light, but thanks to the corn and mushrooms, it turns out to be very satisfying.

For cooking you will need:

  • canned champignons (not pickled) - 100 grams,
  • canned corn - 100 grams,
  • boiled eggs - 2 pcs,
  • onion - 1 pc,
  • pitted green olives - 100 grams,
  • mayonnaise for dressing
  • salt to taste.

Cooking:

Canned champignons need to be cut, especially if you took a jar of whole mushrooms. Eggs cooked in advance, cut into strips, for example, using an egg cutter. Be sure to drain the liquid from the can of corn. Cut the onion into small pieces and lightly fry it in vegetable oil until golden brown. Cut the olives into slices.

Mix mushrooms, corn, eggs, olives and onions. Lightly salt and season with mayonnaise. Garnish with fresh herbs of your choice and serve.

Salad with mushrooms and cucumbers - a delicious simple recipe

Sometimes very simple recipes turn out to be very tasty already from what products they combine. As an example, this salad with mushrooms and cucumbers. The set of ingredients is quite small, but in the end it is very advantageous. This salad is very light, it is great for a festive table and for a regular lunch. Even for the New Year, you can cook such a salad with mushrooms if you need a non-meat variety in salads.

I traditionally use champignons for this salad, but you can use other mushrooms, for example, mushrooms. Given that the cucumbers are pickled here, it is better to take the mushrooms fresh and fried. Mushrooms fried with onions are very juicy and tasty mushrooms for any salad.

For cooking you will need:

  • champignons - 300 grams,
  • pickled cucumbers - 100 grams,
  • boiled eggs - 2 pcs,
  • canned green peas - 100 grams,
  • onion - 1 pc,
  • greens,
  • mayonnaise.

Cooking:

Finely chop the mushrooms and fry them in vegetable oil with onions. Cut hard-boiled eggs into cubes. Do the same with pickled cucumbers, it is best when the sizes of the products are the same. This will make the salad look neater.

Mix champignons, eggs and cucumbers in a salad bowl. Add green peas to them. Season with mayonnaise, salt to taste.

Put the chicken breast in a saucepan, pour 1 liter of water, add 1 teaspoon of salt without a slide and boil for 30 minutes over medium heat.

Place the eggs in a saucepan, cover with water and boil for 10 minutes.

In the meantime, let's prepare the rest of the ingredients.

Peel the onions and cut into large half rings. If the onion is large, one onion is enough, if it is small or medium, take more, there should be a lot of onions.

Put it in a frying pan with vegetable oil and lightly fry until transparent, stirring several times.


Put the onion on a dish and spread evenly over the entire surface.


In the same pan, fry the mushrooms until slightly golden brown, adding a little salt and not forgetting to mix. I think other mushrooms will do as well.


Apply a mesh of mayonnaise on a layer of onions and put mushrooms on top.


Let's go back to chicken and eggs.
Carefully remove the bird from the broth, put on a plate and let cool. Pour the eggs with cold water and leave to cool.
Remove the bones from the breast (if necessary), tear into fibers, then cut into small pieces with a knife.


Put the chicken meat in a third layer and apply a mayonnaise net on top.


Wash the sweet bell pepper, cut off the stem, remove the seeds and cut into small cubes. Leave two strips of pepper for decoration (don't forget!).


Put the pepper in the next layer and also grease with mayonnaise.


Put the grated cheese on a fine grater on top of the pepper.


Remove the peel from the apple, cut out the core with seeds and grate on a coarse grater. Arrange the apple on top and sides of the salad. At this stage, it is already necessary to give our "calendar" the correct rectangular shape. A wide knife will help with this, it is convenient for them to press the edges and make them even.


Apply mayonnaise to the apple and use the same knife to spread it in a thin layer over the entire upper surface and sides. The top layer of lettuce will be attached to this layer of mayonnaise, so you need to try not to leave ungreased areas.


Peel the eggs and separate the whites and yolks. Grate the yolks and put them on top of the salad - imitating the attachment of a flip calendar.
Egg white also grate on a fine grater and cover the remaining surface of the salad with it.

Now the most interesting and exciting final stage is decorating the dish.

From the left strips of red pepper we lay out the number 1. Parsley sprigs will symbolize a sprig of spruce. And from the eggs lay out the word "January" and "dress up" our "spruce branch" with them.

However, you can use other products (for example, carrots instead of caviar and canned corn instead of egg yolk), and decorate the salad a little differently, fantasize.
