  7. Grate the cheese. You can use any cheese in this recipe. Soft cheese is also suitable, and even more so than hard cheese. It sticks together better, and for this option - this is only a plus.

We wash mushrooms and onions peeled from the husk under running water. Using a knife on a cutting board, we cut the mushroom ingredient into small pieces and transfer it to a plate so that it does not interfere with us. Then chop the onion. The size of the vegetables is up to you. For example, I like to cut salad ingredients into small pieces. And now you can fry the chopped vegetables in a pan in a small amount of vegetable oil. First of all, fry the onion until golden brown. Constantly stir it with a wooden spatula so that the ingredient does not burn. After - add mushrooms to the onion and mix everything well with a spatula. As soon as the mushroom liquid evaporates, we carefully monitor the readiness of the components. It is important not to overcook the onion-mushroom mixture., as in the salad it will give a bitter aftertaste. Everything - vegetable frying is ready! When it cools, spread it with a spoon on top of the first layer and level it in the shape of the dish.

Step 3: chop the third layer of lettuce.

Now it's time for carrots! Remove the peel from the vegetable with a knife and chop it on a medium grater. We spread the carrot shavings in the third layer, leveling the surface with a spoon. And only after the third layer we spread mayonnaise on the surface of the dish with a spoon, leveling the edges. We do not regret mayonnaise, since the first layers we go without it.

Step 4: Boil the Pork Pulp.

First we need to boil the meat. To do this, rinse the ingredient well under running water. In the meantime, heat up purified water in a saucepan. When the water boils, carefully place the meat in a container. We make a small fire and cover with a lid. For the smell of the ingredient, you can add bay leaf and black peppercorns to taste. With a spoon, constantly remove the foam formed on the surface of the water. Attention: salt the pork 10-15 minutes before ready to make the meat juicier. As for the cooking time: it all depends on the quality and variety of the ingredient. Approximate cooking time - 1-1.5 hours. The best way to test this is to prick the meat with a fork from time to time. If the pork is already soft enough, turn off the heat and put it on a cutting board to cool.

Step 5: Grind the fourth layer of lettuce.

Our meat component is ready. Now chop it with a knife into small pieces on a cutting board. We spread the pork on top of the third layer, leveling the edges with a spoon. The fourth tier of lettuce is also generously greased with mayonnaise with a spoon.

Step 6: prepare the eggs.

Boil the eggs in a saucepan over medium heat. After - we cool the ingredient under cold running water, so that later it will be easy to remove the shell from it. Using a medium grater, grind the eggs onto a cutting board. Sprinkle the crushed component with your hands. This will be our fifth layer of salad. Again, coat this tier well with mayonnaise, using the same cooking technique.

Step 7: Lay out the sixth layer of lettuce.

Our dish is almost ready! The final touch we will have is to chop hard cheese on a medium grater. And after - with our hands we sprinkle the surface of the salad with the chopped component.
